10月2日，广东广州。网友爆料白云山风景区飞索故障，3分钟有两组游客卡在半空中。
10月3日，该景区白云飞索工作人员回应称，不是故障，无动力项目没有电机不存在故障问题。当时是游客体重太轻，遇到横风停在中间，无动力运动项目都会有这种情况，是正常的，天气原因突发横风会暂停的。有相关措施会把游客拉至终点，有教练救援。
