9月28日，由中国船舶集团所属大连造船山海关船舶重工有限责任公司建造的11.5万载重吨“凯和”号原油轮举行交接船暨命名仪式，这是目前河北省建造的最大吨位原油轮。该轮的交付填补了河北在中大型油轮的空白。
