一、既下山·文郁堂

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

建筑不言，下自成蹊。全国唯一私人收藏酒店、2座明代官制古建、跨越500年、1825天匠心修缮、2000+ 徽史文献、200+收藏真迹。跨越了数百年时光，如珍宝般被修复，身上保有的明代气度，令每一方寸都有深厚底蕴。

Buildings do not speak, but grow beneath them. The only private collection hotel in the country, 2 Ming Dynasty official ancient buildings, spanning 500 years, 1825 days of ingenuity repair, 2000+ Hui historical documents, 200+ collection of authentic works. Spanning hundreds of years, it has been restored like a treasure, and the Ming Dynasty bearing retained on the body makes every square inch have profound heritage.

酒店主体原为两座明代徽派建筑，前身分别是新安中医世家及徽州盐商府邸。主人在2005年一眼相中并收入囊下，2017年开始进行修复，用两年时间确定方案，三年时间逐一修复建筑的一砖一瓦，保持了原汁原味的木作系统。梁柱骨架以木构为主，工艺上复原再现榫卯组合，秉乘“修旧如旧”的理念，古今结合，别有一番风味。木窗以白果树老木料取代杉木，转轴与窠臼初装上紫铜内外衬套，美观、实用且不易变形，为了精美雕花，请来七代木工传人“双喜”，历时2年手工雕刻所有细节。

The wooden window is replaced by the old wood of ginkgo tree. The shaft and mold are initially installed with copper inner and outer bushings, beautiful, practical and not easy to deform. In order to exquisite carving, seven generations of woodworkers are asked to pass on "Double happiness", which lasted 2 years to hand-carve all details.

在古色古香的酒店建筑中，木制区域均取材自古时大户人家专用的“老白果木”。这种木材质地坚硬，纹理清晰，经过精心打磨后更显得古朴典雅。门窗上的雕花由七代木工传人“双喜”历时两年手工雕刻而成，每一处细节都展现出他的精湛技艺和对传统文化的热爱。走进酒店，仿佛置身于一个充满历史韵味的空间。那些精美的绣户文窗，玲珑巧思，让人不禁驻足欣赏。每一处雕花都仿佛在诉说着一个个古老的故事，让人感受到中国传统文化的魅力。在这里住宿，不仅能享受到舒适的居住环境，更能切身感受到专属中国传统的“奢华”。

The wooden furniture is placed in the room, which combines the cool feeling of cold tone, that is, retains the bone feeling of Ming style furniture and accords with the Hui style aesthetics. These rooms are cleverly designed to blend antique architecture and traditional cultural elements to create a space full of historical charm.
