格隆汇9月26日｜据路透，Visa周四表示，已同意收购专注于人工智能的Featurespace，该公司开发防止欺诈和金融犯罪的企业技术，收购金额未透露。Visa表示，Featurespace的人工智能解决方案将帮助其客户实时管理欺诈行为，并保护其支付生态系统。据天空新闻上个月援引消息源称，收购金额接近7亿英镑(约合9.356亿美元)。Featurespace成立于2008年，总部位于英国剑桥，拥有400多名团队成员，在全球六个地点开展业务，其客户包括汇丰银行、NatWest 和Worldpay。
