2024年9月26日，*ST科新(600234.SH)公告称，公司全资子公司山水天鹄与福建蓝悦签订《股权转让协议书》，将山水天鹄持有的润庭广告51%股权以人民币2000万元转让给福建蓝悦。
本次交易不构成关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。润庭广告为公司的控股公司，注册资本为人民币4000万元，其中山水天鹄持有润庭广告51%股权。
