中国贸易救济信息网消息，9月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1420）。
8月22日，日本Maxell, Ltd向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号8,549,109、11,451,860、11,924,502、10,958,971），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。中国香港TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd.、中国广东TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd.、美国TTE Technology, Inc.等为列名被告。
