受降雨影响，河南商丘69个乡镇遭受洪涝灾害，受灾人口超43万。9月24日下午，大象新闻记者从永城市农业农村局了解到，本次强降雨，永城市全市农田积水面积13.69万亩，目前已累计排出8.69万亩。
