观点网 香港报道：9月23日，香港房屋局及房委会推出「幸福设计」指引，房屋局局长何永贤表示，期望指引能加强整个小区的关系，以及硬件设施为居民带来更多不同的活动。
何永贤指出，指引目的是寻找多一点的空间，带多一点幸福感给区域。幸福设计做了很多的试验，有3000多个居民参与，得到的反馈是希望屋邨可以发挥得更多健康活力，政府亦会积极推动。
