《科创板日报》23日讯，供应链消息称，因客户需求急迫，台积电8月中旬买下群创南科四厂后，已展开“火速建厂”计划，现在一边进行厂区交割，一边开始对厂务与设备厂下单，相关订单都是“超急单”，以确保2025上半年该厂可加入CoWoS先进封装产能贡献，力拼2025年CoWoS总产能翻倍。 (台湾经济日报)
