9月20日上午，市住建局召集老旧小区建设单位利民公司、恒益热力、施工单位、监理单位、跟审单位，召开老旧小区改造工作推进会，会议对各参建单位工作责任进行细化，要求各单位要形成改造合力，全力全速推进项目建设。局房产管理和住房保障科，公共事业管理科有关负责同志参会。
