长江生命科技9月20日在港交所公告，自2024年9月20日起，委任Lance Richard Lee Yuen为公司执行董事、副总裁及行政总监，任期至下次股东大会。Yuen拥有35年跨国医疗保健、包装产品及制药公司领导经验，曾担任Bayer健康消费品部亚太区总裁。同时，执行董事余英才调任为副主席。
