从当地时间18日开始，意大利北部艾米利亚-罗马涅大区出现暴雨天气，目前洪水已造成2人失踪，上千人被疏散。
据了解，强降雨导致当地一条河流泛滥，淹没沿岸部分地区。当地政府表示，过去48小时当地降水量达到350毫米。（总台记者 殷欣）
