9月14日，城阳天一仁和·宸璟都会（北区）规划调整，项目由青岛天一创芯科技有限公司建设，位于城阳上马街道正阳西路南、龙翔路西。
根据引进项目需求，结合项目功能定位，调整规划建筑方案。项目用地面积46953㎡不变，总建筑面积由148394.54㎡调整为150191.99㎡，地上建筑面积不变，地下车库面积40402.64㎡调整为42200.09㎡，容积率2.3，停车位1183改为1285个。
