财联社9月12日电，美国加州生成式人工智能（AI）公司Gemini Data Inc.起诉谷歌公司指控其机器人聊天工具Gemini侵犯了其商标权。Gemini Data在周三的一份诉状中表示，谷歌认为“像Gemini Data这样的小公司无法挑战拥有压倒性权力的企业巨头”。Gemini Data要求美国加州北区地方法院裁决谷歌支付赔偿金，并永久禁止谷歌在与人工智能相关的产品中使用其知识产权。
