财中社9月12日电 中国水务（00855）发布公告，宣布决定暂时暂停将其附属公司银龙供水集团有限公司独立上市的建议分拆计划。董事会经过审慎考虑集团的发展策略及近期资本市场环境后，认为暂停分拆不会对公司的财务状况或运营造成重大不利影响。
此次分拆计划最早于2021年12月17日及2023年6月28日公告。
