9月10日，在云南省西双版纳州，受台风“摩羯”影响，一幼儿园内及道路严重积水，园内师生的生命受到威胁。磨憨边检站勐润分站民警组建救援小组，第一时间赶赴救援，民警分批次将受困师生背至安全地带。
