台湾新光金控与台新金控将于9月11日先后召开临时董事会讨论换股比例调整，若通过换股比例调高，将对外说明。上月下旬，新光金控与台新金控宣布，双方同意以换股方式进行合并，合并后存续公司更名为台新新光金控。按资产计算，新光与台新合并后将诞生台湾地区第四大金融控股公司。
