诺德股份9月10日公告，近日，公司全资子公司深圳百嘉达新能源材料有限公司（以下简称“百嘉达”）收到印度电池制造商Exide Enengy Solutions Limited(以下简称“EESL”)的定点信，百嘉达成为EESL的合格供应商，将为EESL提供铜箔产品，预计2025年交易金额不超过2亿元，实际供货量需以正式销售订单为准。
