今天（9月10日），记者从华能集团了解到，经过一年的自主设计建造，我国首套抗浪型漂浮式光伏平台——“黄海一号”主体已全部建成，并成功装船下海，将安装于山东半岛南部黄海海域，开始我国漂浮式海上光伏实证研究工作。
