中国日报9月9日电（记者：王科举 孙迟） 近日，中国非洲研究院院长叶海林在接受中国日报《智见中国》栏目独家专访时表示，改善基础设施状况是非洲国家的普遍期待和迫切愿望。在全球一些地方基础设施投资面临瓶颈时，非洲仍然是中国这个“基建狂魔”能大显身手的热土。
