财联社9月7日电，据知情人士透露，人工智能客户参与软件提供商Genesys Cloud Services Inc.已选择承销商，寻求重启其首次公开募股(IPO)计划。知情人士说，Genesys正在与高盛集团、花旗集团和摩根大通等承销商合作，计划明年在美国上市。
