来华出席2024年中非合作论坛峰会的联合国秘书长古特雷斯，9月3号在上海接受东方卫视独家专访。在谈及非洲债务问题时，古特雷斯强调，非洲出现债务问题不是因为与中国合作，这是个老问题，在非洲一直存在。
