记者从海南省防御“摩羯”台风应急指挥部获悉，今年第11号超强台风“摩羯”6日16时许，在海南省文昌市翁田镇沿海登陆。目前，海南岛大部地区已经出现大暴雨，部分乡镇有特大暴雨。
