9月6日上午11时许，台风“摩羯”十级风圈已抵达文昌市龙楼镇铜鼓岭。
记者在海边看到，目前巨浪翻滚、狂风骤雨。
此外，目前通往翁田镇的道路已有一些树木被风吹倒，路上未见行人车辆，居民已居家避风或被转移至安置点。
