证券时报e公司讯，工信部会同有关部门研究起草了《电动自行车用锂离子电池健康评估工作指引》，现向社会公开征求意见。其中提出，锂离子电池经检测达到下列指标之一的，即存在健康隐患，不建议继续使用：（一）内阻大于0.5Ω。（二）最大输出电压超过60V。（三）放电容量衰减率超过50%。
