品玩9月5日讯，据 cxtoday 报道，Salesforce 确认已达成收购AI语音助手初创公司 Tenyx 的最终协议。
该交易将于2025年完成，Salesforce将整合Tenyx的语音人工智能技术，以增强其现有产品。这将包括利用Tenyx的服务使用案例特定功能来改进Salesforce的Agentforce Service Agent和Service Cloud的自主代理功能，以及帮助推进供应商的整体人工智能驱动解决方案。
Salesforce认为，Tenyx的创新将使公司在客户体验方面 “树立新标准”，并使用户能够提供更加 “直观 ”和 “无缝 ”的客户服务。
