8月29日晚，李某对其朋友中途离开酒局心生不满，为泄愤将他人停在路边的汽车玻璃砸碎，并在现场喧哗辱骂，严重影响居民休息。
分局北关派出所根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定，对李某处以行政拘留5日处罚。
过量饮酒伤害身体，甚至让人失去理智造成严重后果，为了健康与安全，切莫贪杯。
