观点新媒体获悉，上述债券发行人为北京天恒置业集团有限公司，拟发行总额为人民币22亿元，债券品种为私募。承销商包括光大证券、中信建投证券、中金公司和国金证券。该债券项目已于2024年6月26日获得上交所的受理反馈。
