北京商报讯（记者 马换换）9月3日晚间，激智科技(300566)披露公告称，公司持股5.87%的股东俞根伟计划通过大宗交易方式减持不超过1.01%股份，即不超过263.74万股。
对于减持原因，激智科技表示，股东个人资金需求。
