9月1日，新疆。当地市民樊先生称因为前两天暴雨，塔里木河的水溢出来了，流经沙漠到了580国道积起水来，樊先生说水深度可能有个40厘米左右，好几辆车抛锚，堵了一个多小时，作为本地人的樊先生表示说，这种情景真的很少见！（编辑：袁子毫）
