软硬件闭环，“过剩产能”出海换新颜

日前，在菲律宾某新能源展会上，广东百陶科技有限公司联袂“东南亚美团”嘟嘟快送DODO MOVE，推出的超级快充技术的电动摩托车3S EV和超级快速充电站在展会上引发了巨大的关注，摊位前人头攒动人流如鲫，络绎不绝。业务员们马不停蹄地接待着一个又一个客户，整个展会过程几乎没有片刻喘息的机会。别说吃午饭了，就连坐下来喝杯水的时间都成了奢侈。据3E EV 联合创始人颜志峰介绍，来自佛山的百陶科技联合英国的的GRUPPO SSS LIMITED 在菲律宾市场推出的3S E-BIKE，3S 意思是SSS，Save（省钱）、Safe（安全）、Speed（速度），3S 电动车搭载的是百陶科技自主研发的半固态磷酸铁锂电池，磷酸铁锂电池本来就具有耐高温抗爆炎的特点，磷酸铁锂的热稳定性是目前车用锂电池中最好的，电热峰值大于350℃，当电池温度处于500-600℃高温时，其内部化学成分才开始分解。只是磷酸铁锂电池单位能量密度低，低温性能差，在过去普遍不被使用，百陶科技研发的半固态磷酸铁锂电池彻底改变了这一个局面，能量密度高达400WH/KG，零下20℃也保持95%的放电率，而且成本仅比普通的锂电池稍贵15%左右，随着量产和应用的普及，成本还将大幅下降。

同样，号称“东南亚美团”的嘟嘟快送DODO MOVE 也取得了非常好的成绩，和菲律宾众多城市的代理商签订了合作意向。据了解，嘟嘟快送致力于成为海外版的“货拉拉+美团”，为海外客户提供外卖、物流、跑腿、摩的等服务的APP平台，属于服务贸易软件出口和代运营的商业模式。据嘟嘟快运联合创始人何顺志介绍，嘟嘟快送源自于1997年在中国佛山成立的晖达货运，在过去近30年的发展历程中，2012年推出了零担物流专线-嘟嘟快线，2014推出生鲜配送商城-嘟嘟生鲜DODO EXPRESS，2018年推出了跨境物流陆小风LXF -E XPRESS，2024年，根据国外市场对外卖物流跑腿的刚性需求，精准研判痛点所在，结合国内外成熟的市场经验，联袂国际知名电动摩托车企业推出的一个创新性的外卖物流跑腿摩的平台。为特别利用电动车低廉的运营成本，在物流Last Mile Delivery（最后一公里）和Ccourier Express Parcel Service（闪送）深受东南亚国家区域性的代理商青睐。

我们先不评论电动车行业在国内是否属于落后产能，但内卷严重确实不争的事实，但这次百陶科技联袂3S EV，叠加嘟嘟快送APP，软件和硬件的形成了闭环，这将是产业链出上下游抱团出海的一个新的尝试和突破!

Recently, at a new energy exhibition in the Philippines, Guangdong Better Technology Co., Ltd., in partnership with "Southeast Asia's Meituan" DODO MOVE, launched the 3S EV electric motorcycle with super fast charging technology and a super-fast charging station, which garnered tremendous attention at the exhibition. The booth was crowded with visitors, and the flow of people was continuous. The sales staff were busy receiving one customer after another, with almost no time to catch a breath throughout the exhibition. Forget about having lunch, even finding time to sit down for a drink of water became a luxury. It is understood that Better Technology company from Foshan, in collaboration with the UK-based GRUPPO SSS LIMITED, has introduced the 3S E-BIKE in the Philippine market. 3S stands for SSS: Save, Safe, and Speed. The 3S electric vehicle is equipped with a semi-solid-state lithium iron phosphate battery independently developed by Better Technology company. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are known for their high temperature resistance and anti-explosion properties. Their thermal stability is currently the best among automotive lithium batteries, with a thermal peak exceeding 350°C. The internal chemical composition only begins to decompose when the battery temperature reaches 500-600°C.

However, lithium iron phosphate batteries have low energy density and poor performance in low temperatures, which led to limited use in the past. The semi-solid-state lithium iron phosphate battery developed by Better Technology company has completely changed this situation, with an energy density of up to 400WH/KG and a 95% discharge rate at minus 20°C. Additionally, the cost is only about 15% higher than that of ordinary lithium batteries, and as mass production and application become more widespread, costs are expected to decrease significantly.

Similarly, DODO MOVE, known as "Southeast Asia's Meituan," has also achieved great success, signing cooperation agreements with agents in many cities across the Philippines. It is understood that DODO MOVE aims to become the overseas version of "LALA MOVE + Meituan," providing an app platform for overseas customers offering services such as food delivery, logistics, errands, and motorcycle rides. This business model falls under service trade software export and operation outsourcing. DODO MOVE originated from Huida Logistict, established in 1997 in Foshan, China. Over nearly 30 years of development, DODO MOVE launched the LTL logistics line—DODO Express Line in 2012, the fresh delivery platform—DODO Fresh DODO EXPRESS in 2014, and the cross-border logistics service LXF-EXPRESS in 2018. In 2024, responding to the strong demand for food delivery, logistics, and errands in overseas markets, DODO MOVE precisely identified the pain points and, combining domestic and international market experience, partnered with a renowned international electric motorcycle company to launch an innovative platform for food delivery, logistics, and errands. Particularly by leveraging the low operating costs of electric vehicles, DODO MOVE has been favored by regional agents in Southeast Asia for last-mile delivery and courier express parcel services.

While we will not comment on whether the electric vehicle industry in China falls under outdated capacity, the fact of severe market competition is undeniable. However, this time, Bitao Technology’s collaboration with 3S EV, combined with the DODO MOVE app, creates a closed loop of software and hardware, marking a new attempt and breakthrough in uniting upstream and downstream of the industrial chain for overseas expansion!
