证券时报e公司讯，8月31日，双良集团与新霖飞集团在江阴举行了战略合作签约仪式。此次战略合作，双方将注资5000万元成立合资公司，共同开发风力、光伏等可再生能源发电类业务。目前已在手的位于江苏的新能源电站项目，计划于三年内完成开发。
