昨日（8月29日）晚间，双汇发展公告，经公司董事会会议审议，选举万宏伟为公司第九届董事会董事长，任期与公司第九届董事会任期一致。
公开资料显示，万宏伟生于1973年，系双汇发展原董事长万隆之子，曾任河南省漯河市双汇实业集团有限责任公司董事长秘书，以及万洲国际有限公司行政总裁助理。
