【哥伦比亚东部石油管道遭袭致大规模原油泄漏】当地时间 8 月 29 日，哥伦比亚东部塞萨尔省和北桑坦德省交界地区的石油管道遭袭。当天上午，身份不明人士在石油管道附近引爆爆炸物，袭击原油基础设施，造成大规模原油泄漏。本月 19 日，该国阿劳卡省曾有类似袭击事件，目前哥伦比亚东部天然气供应处于戒备状态，当地政府已启动紧急计划减轻环境影响。
