8月29日，招商局置地发布2024年半年度报告。
报告期内，除所得税开支亏损为人民币24.1亿元；本公司拥有人应占亏损约为3.28亿元。应占负利润的主要原因是由于在房地产市场处于下行周期的背景下，房地产开发项目结转规模和毛利率较上年同期大幅下降，导致毛利总额大幅减少。
