日前，有消息称AMD将为RDNA 4架构显卡（或将命名为Radeon RX 8000系列）提供三种显存配置，具体为：
●256bit位宽，20Gbps速率，640GB/s显存带宽
●256bit位宽，18Gbps速率，576GB/s显存带宽
●192bit位宽，19Gbps速率，456GB/s显存带宽
据了解，上述三种显存配置对应的是Navi 48芯片显卡。至于Navi 44芯片显卡，则是会使用128bit位宽、18Gbps速率、288GB/s显存带宽的显存配置。其中，Navi 48芯片的显卡可能在2025 CES展会上发布，而面向中低端市场的Navi 44则要到2025年第二季度才出现。
