据天津消防微博，近日天津暴雨引发山洪致7名群众被困半山腰。
天津消防接警后赶赴现场，救援人员横渡激流，与队友配合利用15米金属拉梯搭建临时桥梁。
为被困人员做好安全防护后，消防队员引导大家爬过拉梯，逐步抵达安全地带。
