珠江啤酒8月22日公告，公司拟以自有资金向全资子公司中山珠江啤酒有限公司（简称“中山珠啤”）进行增资，增资额为6.5亿元，增资完成后中山珠啤的注册资本由3800万元变更为6.88亿元，本次增资将分期进行。公司本次增资是为了稳步推进中山珠啤产能扩建升级项目。
