8月21日，马鞍山市生态环境局披露安徽鼎固新材料科技有限公司行政处罚信息，该公司贴布工序生产未在密闭空间内进行，也未按规定使用配套污染防治设施。依据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第四十五条，马鞍山市生态环境局决定对该公司处罚款48800元。行政处罚决定书文号皖马环（经）罚〔2024〕13号
