2024年医师节期间，张家口市第四医院在全院范围开展树名医评选活动，以促进医师自我能力提升的主动性，达到带动医院整体医疗质量、服务水平的提高，最终评出2024年度医院“首席专家”2名，“名医名家”15名，“骨干医师”15名，“青年才俊”10名，“未来之星”10名，并给予表彰。
