总台报道员当地时间16日晚间获悉，据日本气象厅消息，今年第7号台风“安比”位于日本千叶县以东130公里的海面上，正以每小时20公里的速度向东北偏北方向移动。预计将在当地时间17日清晨前后接近日本东北部地区，随后将逐渐向东移动、远离日本。
受台风影响，日本关东和东北部局部地区17日预计会出现强烈降雨并伴随雷暴。
