财联社8月16日电，宏润建设公告，公司与芜湖皖宏新能源有限公司（简称“芜湖皖宏”）签署了《双钱集团（安徽）回力轮胎有限公司10MW屋顶分布式光伏发电项目EPC工程总承包合同》，合同工程总造价4200万元（含税）。芜湖皖宏为公司合营企业上海皖宏新能源有限公司之全资子公司，本次交易构成关联交易。
