8月5日，韩国汽车移动协会（KAMA）表示，起亚今年1-7月在美国共售出3.3957万辆电动汽车，同比增长100.4%，创下历年同期销量之最。同期，美国电动汽车市场的总销量为64.4752万辆，同比增长0.9%。现代汽车在美销量则同比增长18.1%，为3.7673万辆，虽超过整体市场的增幅，但相较于起亚而言，增幅不大。（韩联社）
