财联社8月5日电，在经历长达三个月的募集期后，偏债混合型基金——国寿安保盛恒平衡仍宣告募集失败。公开信息显示，该产品拟任基金经理为黄力、姜绍政，自4月30日起开始公开募集，截至7月30日募集期限届满，未能满足基金备案条件，基金合同不能生效。另据记者统计，截至目前，年内已有15只公募基金募集失败，其中包含8只权益类基金，4只固收类基金以及3只FOF基金。（记者 沈述红）
