根据吉林省水利厅预报8月6日松花江洪峰到达松原市扶余水文站，洪峰流量6000m3/s，洪峰水位134.89m，超保证水位（134.81m） 0.08m。松原市决定于8月4日10时30分启动防汛二级应急响应。
