昨天，网传一份沈阳市交通运输综合行政护法队出租汽车执法协调处发布的《关于停止办理巡游出租汽车废业的紧急通知》，沈阳出租车8月份停止办理下线。
由于此前坊间一直传沈阳出租车营运时间将由6年改为8年，这个《通知》被认为是个信号。
