判断宝宝冷热的方法有很多，并不在于脚部。爸妈可以摸摸宝宝后背脖颈的温度，如果是黏糊糊的，那就说明宝宝热，温热的基本就没问题，根据实际室内温度，爸妈就不用强制给宝宝穿鞋。
这里重点提醒的是，爸妈不要自己觉得宝宝冷而强迫他穿，要根据宝宝身体的温度适当穿脱袜子和鞋子，穿衣服也是一样道理。
