三言科技 7月27日消息，今日在 “NIO IN 2024 蔚来创新科技日”上，蔚来宣布旗下全球首颗5nm智能驾驶芯片「神玑 NX9031」，流片成功。据了解，作为业界首款采用5nm车规工艺制造的高阶智能驾驶芯片，「神玑 NX9031」芯片和底层软件均已实现自主设计，拥有超过500亿颗晶体管。
据介绍，这款芯片拥有超过500亿颗晶体管，采用32核心CPU架构，内置LPDDR5x 8533Mbps速率RAM，可实现“高动态范围高性能 ISP”，拥有6.5 G Pixel / s像素处理能力，处理延时小于5ms。
