智通财经APP讯，中国铁建(01186)公布，董事会于2024年7月26日收到执行董事倪真先生的书面辞职报告，倪真先生因工作调动原因向董事会申请辞去公司执行董事及董事会提名委员会委员职务，自其辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后倪真先生不再担任公司任何职务。
