7月 19日，分局西关派出所通过布控蹲守抓获一名盗窃嫌疑人。经查，嫌疑人张某在菜市场等地实施盗窃手机作案20余起。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
在菜市场、商场等人流密集场所要注意保管好手机等贵重物品，不给犯罪分子留下“可乘之机”。若发现财物被盗请及时拨打110报警。
